Zandi Nhlapo To Debut In ‘Imbewu: The Seed’ In November

Zandi Nhlapo, former television presenter of SABC 1, has gotten aboard with the cast of the famous soapie Imbewu: The Seed.

A source from the soap has unveiled that Zandi Nhlapo will be debuting in November and has started filming.

 “It’s a done deal.”

“She has signed the contract with Imbewu: The Seed and her storyline is being developed.”

Zandi Nhlapo will join a new show and fans are thrilled.

The media personality also hinted at her return to TV by posting a picture on her social media account and captioned the picture:

Ntando Zikalala, the actress’s second daughter, also congratulated her on social media for scoring her TV role.

Her daughter also congratulated on the new project.

“So excited for you mommy, love you,” said Nhlapo’s daughter Nyeleti Zikalala.

The sources also said that Eugene Cele, the show’s publicist, could not deny nor confirm Nhlapo joining the soapie.

Nhlapo made the headlines

Back in August 2020, Nhlapo received backlashes for publicly nourning her ex-fiance who is also her baby’s daddy Bob Mabena. The problem was he was married to another person when he passed.

She shared an image of herself with the late broadcaster and said,

“The passion in this relationship, even way after we parted. We loved too hard and fought just as hard.”

However, Internet users were not happy as they thought she did not respect Mabena’s wife.
